Aramsco Purchases CRS

Aramsco has acquired Cleaning and Restoration Supply Inc. (CRS).

Aramsco’s purchase of the nationwide distributor of restoration supplies and carpet cleaning equipment expands its client portfolio and geographic footprint. Financial details of the transaction were not announced.

“We are excited to welcome the CRS employees to the Aramsco family and are confident the combined teams will provide even better service to the customers at our locations in Portland, Oregon, and Albuquerque, New Mexico,” said Chris Kim, vice president of business development for Aramsco.
