New Board Members for Kimberly-Clark

Kimberly-Clark Corp., parent company of Kimberly-Clark Professional, has nominated S. Todd Maclin and Dunia A. Shive for election to its board of directors.

Maclin is a 37-year veteran of JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he was chairman of Chase commercial and consumer banking in 2013 and served on the company's operating committee. Shive served as senior vice president of TEGNA, Inc., formerly Gannett Co., Inc., from 2013 to 2017.

Maclin and Shive will succeed John F. Bergstrom and James M. Jenness, who are retiring at the end of the year.

Bruco Appoints New Operations Director

Bruco, Inc., a Billings, MT-based distributor/wholesaler of janitorial products and equipment, has appointed Brian Waddell director of education and operations.

Waddell, an ISSA Certification Expert (I.C.E.), has been with Bruco for nearly a decade. In his new position, Waddell will oversee Bruco’s university training program as well as the company’s internal operations.

Priority Plastics Expands Production Capabilities

Priority Plastics, Inc., a Portland, IN-based manufacturer of plastic storage products, has expanded production capabilities at its Denver, CO, manufacturing facility.

The Denver plant will now manufacture high density polyethylene (HDPE) cannisters and bottles in addition to polyethylene phthalate (PET) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) products.

In a related move, Priority Plastics announced the closing of its Las Vegas, NV, manufacturing facility in August of this year. The company’s Las Vegas customers will be serviced by the upgraded Denver plant.
