Maintex, Inc. has purchased Champion Chemical Co.

Maintex’s purchase of the Whittier, CA-based cleaning compound manufacturer expands the company’s product portfolio. Per the terms of the acquisition, Champion Chemical’s sales and customer service teams will join Maintex’s staff. Financial details of the purchase were not announced.
