The first LongHorn Steakhouse opened in Atlanta, GA, in 1981, and quickly built a reputation for serving great steaks. Since then, the restaurant has grown to 450 locations. Eric Dreffin is a managing partner for The Longhorn Steakhouse of West Cobb in Marietta, GA, an hour outside Atlanta.
