Print Ad Specifications
The only file type accepted for print is a hi-resolution PDF file, which must be uploaded to the AdShuttle program. All colors must be CMYK, and images should be 266 DPI or greater. (We prefer 300 DPI for optimum print quality.) No transparency usage within the ad file is allowed.
Advertisers must supply a proof of the ad printed at 100% of the actual size. The publisher does not accept responsibility for, and cannot guarantee, the quality of ads supplied without a proof.
Terms And Conditions
All contents of advertisements are subject to the approval of ISSA. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any advertising for any reason, or for no reason, at our sole and absolute discretion. ISSA and Cleaning & Maintenance Management magazine assume all ad copy received to be ready for publication. We are not responsible for errors in content or the quality of the original. Cancellations must be received in writing by space closing date. Cancellations after that date will be invoiced for the full amount.
Online Ad Specifications
Website Banner Ad specs: GIF, Animated GIF, JPG, HTML and Flash files are accepted. There is a maximum file size of 40K.
e-Newsletter ad specs: GIF or JPG files only. No Rich Media. There is a maximum file size of 35K.
Electronic materials must be provided one week prior to the scheduled appearance of the ad.
