Results of ISSA’s Latest Chemical & Hygiene Services Survey Now Available

ISSA, in partnership with Robert W. Baird & Co., has published the results of the latest quarterly Baird/ISSA Chemical and Hygiene Services Survey, which outlines trends and economic data within the cleaning industry.

The survey, which polled more than 4,000 privately held building service contractors, chemical distributors, and manufacturers, found sequential growth improvement, particularly for hygiene services in the first quarter of 2017.

More than 70 percent of janitorial service respondents cited revenues exceeding expectations, an all-time survey high. Among chemical sales respondents, the 12-month forecasted organic revenue growth suggests a slight uptick in growth expectations against healthy existing and new business gains.
