ServiceMaster franchise owners clean house with company awards

FISHERSVILLE, VA — The owners of ServiceMaster of Shenandoah Valley Inc., ServiceMaster of Roanoke and ServiceMaster of Winchester recently received the ServiceMaster Clean Marion E. Wade Master Award, the company’s highest honor, according to the News Leader.

Rusty and Clemi Arbaugh were recognized during the company's international convention in Boston and also received ServiceMaster Clean's Achiever, Expert and Excellence awards, the story stated.

Recipients of the Achiever Award must meet a variety of criteria in order to be nominated, including a minimum revenue amount, a minimum growth of 10 percent and a nomination by their business development manager, the story noted.

According to the story, the top Achiever Award-winning franchises are selected for the Expert Award, and the top five franchises in the Expert category are awarded the Excellence Award.

The Marion E. Wade Award of Honor is given to the top franchise owner selected from the five Excellence winners, the story added.
