Mark Porst, a 27-year P&G veteran, leads the Market Strategy and Planning Organization. After graduating from the University of Illinois with a B.S. in Accountancy, Mark joined Price Waterhouse Chicago as a tax and audit CPA. Porst moved to P&G in 1984 where he has had a series of successful selling and strategic planning assignments including managing large chain drug customers, developing sales strategies and materials for major product launches, leading the North American Strategic Selling and Technology organization and leading an initiative to drive Pampers distribution in developing markets around the world. Porst moved from retail to P&G Professional in 2007 where he leads development of sales strategy including sales concepts, pricing, territory management, trade funds and sales materials.
