Hoover Commercial has launched the HUSHTONE™ 6Q Cordless Backpack vacuum. The HUSHTONE also features a quick charge M-PWR™ 40V lithium battery that offers up to 45 minutes of run time; an ergonomic harness; built-in safety controls with software that monitors batteries and chargers for proper voltage and temperatures; and a self-sealing bag system to help prevent dust and debris from escaping back into the air.

The Scentelligent® Wide Area Air Care system from Rubbermaid Commercial Products connects to an integrated global network via the internet, which enables fixtures to communicate with a centralized command center and the user’s smartphone to ensure monitoring and proactive maintenance of fragrance levels. Organizations can choose from six Yankee Candle scents to match the brand personality.

Cascades PRO Tandem Double Jumbo Roll Tissue (JRT) dispenser features a 2,800-foot capacity that supports two 1,400-foot two-ply jumbo rolls and offers 40 percent more capacity than a universal double JRT dispenser. It also limits overspin to help reduce waste and save inventory.

NSS Enterprises has introduced the ride-on eForce Scrubber with its patented joystick-controlled drive system. The scrubber features three solution flow rates, three pad pressures, and two vacuum speeds. In late 2017, NSS Enterprises and their technology partner Brain Corp. will introduce an autonomous version of the eForce Scrubber, featuring Brain’s Corp’s EMMA technology, which will convert the manually-driven machine into a self-driving vehicle.

Americo’s TURFSCRUB™ is constructed from heavy-duty turf material. Harsh chemicals are not necessary, as custodians can clean the pad with water or neutral cleaning solution. TURFSCRUB is ideal for a variety of floors, including concrete, terrazzo, deep-grouted tile, and other uneven surfaces.

The V-Air® SOLID multi-phasing air freshener is classified as voc-exempt and waste-free. The product does not contain batteries and is classed as non-hazardous for transportation methods. The Vectair V-Air SOLID particles are typically sized below 1.0 micron and can remain airborne for many hours, allowing for longer odor control.

The AccuMax 4P is a chemical dispensing system capable of storing up to four chemicals. The all-in-one system comes standard with Hydro Systems’ patented AccuPro Pressure Regulation Technology, which eliminates dilution variance to ensure cleaning staff uses the right amount of chemical. There is the option to add a drip tray and other accessories.

Onvation Technology is a patent-protected system that delivers real-time data and alerts to building managers. The system works by utilizing connected sensors that are embedded into the proprietary towel, tissue, and soap dispensers in addition to door counters. Real-time data is then sent to the cloud through a secure network, so building managers can be made aware of issues as they occur.

The new RSVP Plus Feminine Dual Dispenser, designed to dispense sanitary napkin products, is only 5.5-inches deep and includes a window so custodial workers can monitor and replace supplies as needed. The dispenser comes with a 25-cent coin mechanism, 50 #4 Naturelle Maxis, and 50 Naturelle Tampons, and is Americans with Disabilities Act compliant.

Sealed Air’s Diversey Care division has introduced four new programs that provide comprehensive procedures and product recommendations for polished concrete floors in any condition. All four programs are designed to properly restore, penetrate, seal, remediate, and protect against stains, scratches, and normal everyday wear. The Polished Concrete Programs include SmartFloor Program, Guard Program, Decorative Program, and JonCrete® Topical Coating Program.
