How many of you have a written program for (the Hazard Communication Standard) in place in your school or company?  Here in NJ it is required by PEOSH.  For some of you who don't know about this program, it is about hazardous chemicals in the work place and  methoda for controlling these hazards

We also have a Hazard Communication Program with our district.

If you do not have one in Michigan there are some pretty stiff fines. This is one of many reasons we explain to our prospective clients why they should only hire a professional BSC...like us!
