This bulletin board is being provided by CMM Online as a free service to professionals cleaners and cleaning management worldwide. It is meant to provide cleaning professionals with a convenient and friendly forum in which to exchange information about their businesses and to discuss issues regarding the industry in a cordial and respectful manner. Users must agree to abide by the rules regulations and guidelines as set forth below.

This bulletin board and the entire CMM Online website is a free service to users supported by paid advertising. Unauthorized use of the bulletin board for the promotion and marketing of products and services is strictly prohibited, and CMM Online will vigorously discourage any attempts to use it as a medium to disseminate free advertising messages.

Any posts/messages which CMM Online feels represent attempts to use the bulletin board for free and unauthorized advertising will be deleted -- including those which contain links to websites promoting commercial products and services. Very often users of the bulletin board will post messages seeking specific products and services. Those vendors who can fulfill these requests are urged to reply via direct private e-mails to the person who posted the message rather than posting a reply on the public bulletin board.

This bulletin board is designed to provide cleaning professionals with a forum to discuss issues and topics directly relating to the cleaning industry. All threads and messages should contain information regarding the cleaning industry. Messages about matters not related to the cleaning industry are vigorously discouraged and may be deleted.

CMM Online intends to maintain a positive and professional climate on this bulletin board. Users should be careful to make sure that their messages are courteous at all times, and that any criticism of products, companies or individual be framed in a constructive context designed to encourage civil discourse.

Messages which are slanderous, defamatory, profane, confrontational, unnecessarily contentious, mean-spirited, or are intended to ridicule, embarrass or humiliate are prohibited.

CMM Online reserves the right to interpret and enforce these rules, to delete messages which in its opinion violate the letter or spirit of these rules, and to prohibit the use of the bulletin board by violators.

When posting a message to this bulletin board, a good rule of thumb is to use only words and tone which you would use speaking to a friend face to face and which you know will heard by hundreds of others. If your message doesn't meet these guidelines, it probably doesn't belong on this bulletin board.
