The size of a facility does not always reflect its value. Many small offices, boutiques, cafés and specialty stores are built with top-quality materials to send a strong message of luxury to their customers. Whether the flooring is a precious hardwood or high-end carpet, it is susceptible to moisture damage from spills big and small.

Most large facilities keep a wet/dry vacuum on site. This allows for quick response time to prevent moisture damage and protect the value of the building. In a spill or flood situation, time is of the essence. There are precious few minutes to remove the moisture before warping or discoloration can occur. If a spill isn’t dried fully, bacteria and mold can set in, compromising both the value of the building and the health of the occupants. Now, small facilities can have the added protection of a wet/dry vacuum for quick response to spills and floods.
