Three young boys appeared at the door of a local Irish pub where I had stopped to talk with a native from Dublin about current issues in Ireland. “Got a bathroom?” squealed the shortest, dread-locked, underage visitor. “Back past the bar,” replied the barkeep. As a teacher for 41 years and an experienced toileteer, I saw an opportunity to work with students on restroom issues on a calm April day during spring break. [More]
