FREMONT, OH — Most facility managers (FM) and building service contractors (BSCs) know how important high-performance matting is to the health of a facility, according to a press release.
They also know it is a key component for those locations incorporating a green cleaning program, the release stated.
According to the release, in order to help keep buildings clean and green, matting must be properly maintained.
Crown Mats and Matting has made a list of 10 tips to help maintain a building’s mats, including unrolling a brand new mat and laying it out flat, vacuuming mats daily, inspecting mats for possible tears or damaged borders and developing a regular, written mat maintenance program.
