BRIDGEPORT, CT — Unger Enterprises Inc. recently announced the appointment of William Lawrence as its new vice president of sales, according to a press release.
Lawrence joins Unger with more than 20 years of industry sales and leadership experience, including 14 years in various roles with the Tennant Company, the release stated.
Lawrence said: "Having existing relationships with Unger''s distributors and other industry partners made this opportunity very attractive. In our industry, quality and innovation are critical for success and Unger''s proven track was a major factor in my joining the team. I look forward to building a team that will drive Unger growth in the multiple channels and segments we are targeting."
Lawrence holds a bachelors degree from the University of Virginia and has completed advanced sales training at Harvard University, the American Management Association and the University of Virginia, the release noted.
Lawrence''s responsibilities include the continued development of Unger sales throughout the United States, Canada and Latin America, the release added.
