LATHAM, NY — The Cleaning Management Institute''s (CMI) Train the Trainer course will be held at our company office just outside of Albany, New York, from May 17-19, 2011.
The three-day course includes materials, expert instruction and certification testing that prepares you to deliver CMI''s Custodial Technician training and certification program to your staff.
Included in the registration are:
- Basic and Advanced trainer manuals to teach best practices
- Corresponding Basic and Advanced Custodial Technician Handbooks
- A complementary one-year CMI membership
- A catered lunch during each day of training.
The Train the Trainer program is the only curriculum in the country that offers front-line custodial training and independent third-party certification.
The program meets the training requirement set forth by ISSA''s Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS).
