Thursday''s Ask the Experts question from a cleaning professional on the International Custodial Advisors Network (ICAN) "Ask the Experts" page: How do you get grout lines in restrooms clean? We have stripped them, scrubbed with wire brush with powerful cleaners, yet cannot get rid of the black color. The grout was originally light brown.

The answer:
