Green Seal Inc.''s standards for Dish and Specialty Cleaning are in their final stages of development.
The proposed standard has now been divided into two separate standards — GS-52 for household use and GS-53 for industrial and institutional use.
Both standards cover the same product categories, including cleaning products containing enzymes or microorganisms; dish cleaners, graffiti removers; metal cleaners; motor vehicle cleaners; odor removers; oven cleaners; upholstery cleaners; and others.
