Sealed Air releases combined earnings statement

ELMWOOD PARK, NJ — Sealed Air Corporation has released a combined earnings report for 2010 and 2011, according to a press release.

The report included Sealed Air''s billion dollar acquisition of Diversey Holdings Inc., the release stated.

According to the release, when combined, Sealed Air said the companies earned $123 million, or 59 cents per share, in 2010.

The companies earned $126 million, or 60 cents per share, from January to September of this year, the release noted.
