LOUISVILLE — The parking lot at Tully Elementary is the last place you would expect to see a drug deal, according to WDRB-TV.
But Jeffersontown police say Christopher Roland — a school night janitor — routinely sold marijuana from the trunk of his car.
"We believe he would meet them at the school, on school property, and distribute the marijuana," says Jeffersontown Police Chief Rick Sanders.
Jeffersontown police arrested Rowland shortly after 3 p.m. last Friday at Tully elementary, the article noted.
Rowland is charged with trafficking a controlled substance within 1,000 yards of a school and trafficking marijuana under eight ounces, the article stated.
