RIA Fall Conference educational opportunities

COLUMBIA, MD — The Restoration Industry Association (RIA) Fall Conference, which will be held October 13 through 16 at the St. Louis Louis Union Station Marriott, will feature educational sessions on a variety of critical topics, according to a press release.
Educational sessions to be offered include: Managing personal finances; an update on the RIA''s damage repair initiatives and contract project; power networking and education sessions; a plant tour at Paragon Certified Restoration; and much more, the release stated.
Jill Bishop of Workforce Language Services LLC will present on the subject of leveraging your Latino workforce for greater engagement, production and safety while Nick Hodges of NCH Wealth Advisors will address the topic of managing personal wealth, particularly during these turbulent times, the release noted.
According to the release, power networking sessions held each afternoon will enable attendees to discuss the topics they feel are pertinent with their peers.
John Mosher of Successful Directions LLC will present on the reality of change and Jeff Kraai of Exit Strategies Inc. will speak about how adjusted earnings help drive a company’s value, the release added.
