CHICAGO — With the upcoming 2009 ISSA/INTERCLEAN® North America tradeshow fast approaching, many facility service providers are examining the new automatic scrubbers; however, selecting the right scrubber can be difficult, so Tornado Industries Inc. has prepared the following tips to help make product selection easier and hopefully wiser, according to a press release.
Ease of use, durability and environmental responsibility are three things you should closely examine when selecting a new floor scrubber, the release stated.
Convenience, size and safety are also crucial when selecting the proper machine for your facilities because something too big, too small or unsafe will hamper productivity, the release noted.
The unit''s power source, required maintenance and sustainability of the manufacturer are key factors to be knowledgeable of when selecting any equipment, especially a floor scrubber, the release added.
According to the release, knowing which type of floor scrubber — walk-behind, ride-on, etc. — will perform best in your facilities will make your selection process much easier.
