Wednesday''s Ask the Experts question from a cleaning professional on the International Custodial Advisors Network (ICAN) "Ask the Experts" page: In order to protect a new carpet from construction debris, pieces of carpet were laid over it and duct taped to it.
After a two-month period, the pieces of carpet were removed and there were duct tape adhesive marks left on the new carpet.
What is the best procedure for removing these stains from the carpet?
