TORONTO — A Toronto janitor learned Saturday that he is the winner of a $16.6 million lotto, according to The Globe and Mail.
The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation has said that John Addo, a native of Ghana, held one of the three winning tickets in Friday''s $50-million draw, the article stated.
Addo, who moved from his native Ghana to Canada 20 years ago, has been working seven days a week for an industrial cleaning company, the article noted.
According to the article, Addo plans to buy a home, visit his family in Ghana and to invest some of the winnings.
