The answer:
The www.bls.gov website for Minneapolis labor statistics does not show high-rise window washing. Comparable hourly pay classifications include:

§ Janitorial workers: $11.80-$12.28

§ Tree trimmers: $16.29-$17.11

§ Drywall tapers: $25

§ Assistant paperhanger: $16

§ Repair and installation: $20

§ Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) installers: $25

§ Crane operators: $24

§ Material moving: $14.41-$16.28
