Three Morton ice melters receive Good Housekeeping Seal

CHICAGO — Three ice melting products from Morton International Inc. recently received the Good Housekeeping Seal, according to a press release.

The three products receiving the Good Housekeeping Seal are: Morton^® Action Melt^® Blend; Morton^® Safe-T-Plus^® Eco-Safe Ice Melt; and Morton^® Safe-T-Power^™ Calcium Chloride, the release stated.

Morton Salt Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Wes Clark said: "Receiving the Good Housekeeping Seal is a true honor for our company and a testament to the superior performance of our ice-control products. The prestigious Seal helps reinforce our customers’ trust in the Morton brand."

The Good Housekeeping Seal has guided consumers to make wise purchases since 1909, the release added.

According to the release, only products that pass a rigorous Good Housekeeping Research Institute evaluation are eligible for the Seal.
