DES MOINES, IA — Charges against a janitor accused of stealing wallets have been dropped, according to the
Chicago Tribune.
Marshall Clemons was charged with two counts of theft after the
Iowa State Patrol said he stole a wallet from a woman''s purse during a visit to the state capitol in March, the story stated.
The charges were dropped in exchange for Clemons taking a first-time offender class, the story noted.
