CHARLOTTE, NC — Swisher Hygiene has bought A.C.M. Services Inc., a Massachusetts-based hygiene and chemicals company, and its Coyle Detergent Services and I.N.O. Services subsidiaries, according to a press release.
Swisher Hygiene will pay $1.7 million in cash, assume liabilities, issue 66,854 shares of common stock and issue a promissory note convertible into 337,500 shares, the release stated.
According to the release, A.C.M. principal Chuck Coyle will join Swisher as general manager, which continues a trend in which many managers and owners stay with Swisher after their companies are acquired.
