Superintendant recommends outsourcing
KNOXVILLE, TN — Knox County Schools Superintendent Jim McIntyre has recommended that the school board outsource custodial services and enter into an agreement with private contractor Service Solutions, according to the Knoxville News Sentinel.
McIntyre recommends the outsourcing option in lieu of closing smaller schools within the district, the article stated.
