Additions Reflect Steamatic’s Investment in Building Franchises and Offering Owners

Fort Worth, Texas – Steamatic, the industry leader in cleaning and restoration services in more than 500 franchise territories in the United States and in 25 countries around the world, recently added two new staff positions. The announcement, made by Bill Sims, President of Steamatic, Inc., reflects the company’s investment in continuing to build Steamatic franchises throughout the world and provide cutting-edge technology to help owners operate their franchises more efficiently.
Tara Duke is Steamatic’s new Marketing Campaign Coordinator. In this role, she will give Steamatic a fresh look across the United States and internationally, lead the Steamatic franchises to the correct target market for their area and provide them with marketing materials to help them retain customers and convert prospects. She will train franchise owners to utilize the marketing section of the new Steamatic Operating System. Duke has a bachelor of business administration degree specializing in Marketing from The University of Texas at Permian Basin. Over the past several years, she served as a Marketing Consultant and Marketing Director specializing in B2B and B2C advertising.
Jeff Kidwell, Steamatic’s new Database Administrator and head of IT Systems Support will implement the release of the new Steamatic Operating System, conduct training for the franchisees and maintain and update the database as needed. Kidwell will provide in-house expertise and technical support to end-users on database and software-related issues, develop strategies for managing the implementation and database consolidations to streamline efficiencies as needed throughout the company. He will participate in the planning and execution of future upgrades and technology enhancements.
Kidwell has a bachelor of business administration degree from Texas Christian University and a master of business administration degree in Information Assurance and Management from the University of Dallas. Over the past several years, Jeff has worked as an Internet sales CRM manager, finance manager and has extensive experience creating a variety of websites.
