RIGID launches RIGIDConnect online business tool

ORLANDO — Leading manufacturer of hand and power tools RIDGID® has announced the launch of the subscription-based, online business tool RIDGIDConnect™, according a press release.
According to the release, RIGIDConnect is designed for service professionals and contract that utilize digital information, allowing them to share and store digital files like jobsite photos and reports, maintenance records, customer lists, business files and other materials.
Jay Gatz, vice president of strategic planning at RIGID, said: "While developing RIDGIDConnect, we conducted hundreds of hours of research with professionals to identify their needs and make sure the tool could easily and quickly be adopted to help manage their digital assets."
RIGIDConnect is available in a variety of subscription plans and a 30-day trial is available on their website, the release stated.
