ProTeam ICE release
March 31, 2009
Boise, ID – ProTeam, Inc. is proud to announce that the following key sales executives have completed the ISSA Certification Expert (ICE) training: Bob Cusick, Rich Stanley, Ray Noonan and Rich Steinberg.
As stated on the ISSA website, "Becoming an ISSA Certification Expert positions an individual to provide training or consulting services to those cleaning organizations interested in complying with the Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS) and preparing to certify to the Standard — a consensus-based industry standard that sets forth the universally accepted management principles proven to be the hallmarks of well-managed and customer-centered cleaning organizations. CIMS certification increases the odds of outsourcing success, offers a level of assurance that a cleaning organization’s management systems and operations are structured to deliver consistently high-quality service, and identifies a true commitment to meeting one''s expectations."
"Completing this course allows ProTeam to offer even more educational expertise to our customers. We have always been an educationally-focused organization and this certification strengthens our commitment to ensuring that our customers have access to "Best Practice" solutions for their business operations," says ProTeam Sales VP Rich Steinberg.
Several of ProTeam’s national account partners have already shown interest in the CIMS certification process. The company now has the resources to assist these companies with implementing consistent and high performance practices designed to elevate the level of services provided.
