SPRINGFILED, OH — A janitor from the Daysprings Nursing Home has been charged with setting a fire that led to a resident''s death during the evacuation, according to WDTN-TV.
An investigation has concluded that the November 25 fire that began in a storage room was intentionally set, the article stated.
According to the article, moments before the fire started, a surveillance video shows 19-year-old suspect Cody Sutton near the storage room.
Sutton was arrested on Wednesday and charged with murder and two counts of aggravated arson.
