Nomination deadline for the Great American Worker contest approaching
ATLANTA — Time is running out to nominate yourself or someone else for the Brawny Industrial Great American Worker contest, according to a press release.
Georgia-Pacific Professional is searching for this year''s Great American Worker who exemplifies excellence in worker safety, productivity and community involvement, the release stated.
According to the release, nominations will be accepted until July 9, 2012, and can be submitted by clicking here.
"This contest offers a great way to provide workers across the country the opportunity to be recognized for their achievements both in their workplace and in their community," said Bill Tracey, Georgia-Pacific Professional vice president of the wiper category.
"We encourage interested participants to submit nominations for consideration. The top 10 finalists will be voted upon by the public," Tracey added.
