NFMT is co-presented by Trade Press Media Group, Inc., Milwaukee, and ROC Exhibitions, Lisle, Ill. The event, which in 2008 drew more than 5,000 attendees, is set for March 10-12, 2009 at the Baltimore Convention Center, 1 W. Pratt St., Baltimore. The event includes the National Facilities Management & Technology Conference & Expo, Maintenance Solutions Expo, GreenTech and Safe Building Expo. NFMT is brought to the market by Building Operating Management and Maintenance Solutions magazines. General show hours are from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily.

Pre-conference workshops from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Monday, March 9, provide attendees with in-depth education prior to the show that covers asset management, electrical safety, greening existing buildings and facility planning for disaster. There is a $99 fee for the special pre-conference workshops.
Solutions Exchange returns at 7:45 a.m. on Wednesday, March 11. The speed-learning event encourages attendees to interact and share ideas for problem solving on critical and timely topics. Like the rest of the general educational sessions, Solutions Exchange is free to pre-registered attendees.
NFMT is now certified by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training. Attendees who complete educational sessions will be able to use NFMT-issued Continuing Education Unit credits to maintain professional designations from organizations such as The American Institute of Architects, IFMA, Association for Facilities Engineering and BOMI, as well as state and local licensing boards.
