California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger discussed revamping janitorial outsourcing restrictions, during what his office said would be the first of regular weekly radio addresses.
During the address, Schwarzenegger mentioned a proposal to repeal laws that prevent schools from using private companies for janitorial, cafeteria, and other services.
