Nashville Supplier and Manufactures Team-up to Donate to Flood Victims
NASHVILLE, TN — June 7, 2010 — The Cleaner’s Depot in Nashville, TN along with Sporicidin, Microban, and Benefect teamed-up to donate thousands of dollars worth of product to victims of the horrific flooding that took place the first weekend of May. Tony Douglas of Sporicidin, Richard Price of Pro-Restore Products, and Bill Coy of Benefect worked hand in hand with the staff of The Cleaner’s Depot to provide assistance and necessary product to those in need in the Nashville area. Gallons upon gallons of disinfectant made by Sporicidin, Microban, and Benefect were given away to churches, fire departments, schools, and homeowners. Cases of product were loaded in cars and given to resource centers to supply to volunteers helping with the clean up.
Late in the afternoon on Saturday May 8th, a customer whose neighborhood was on the front page of The Tennessean under five feet of water walked into The Cleaner’s Depot looking to rent dehumidifiers. He walked out with cash for clothing, gallons of anti-microbial, and dehumidifiers at no charge. The Cleaner’s Depot with the immense help of Sporicidin, Microban, and Benefect were an essential part of the clean-up in Nashville and surrounding areas.
