Morton Salt receives customer service award from ISSA

CHICAGO — Morton Salt was awarded a Best Customer Service award for its exhibit booth at the 2009 ISSA/INTERCLEAN® North America Trade Show, which took place October 6-9 at Chicago''s McCormick Place South, according to a press release.
According to the release, Morton received the award in the supplies category for booths of 300 square feet or less.
The ISSA/INTERCLEAN Best Customer Service award is based on votes cast by distributors, building service contractors (BSCs) and in-house service providers (ISPs) who attended the show, the release stated.
The award is given to 10 companies with booths of 300 square feet or less and to 10 companies with booths greater than 400 square feet in the following five product categories: Chemicals; disposables; power equipment; supplies & accessories; and other products, services and technology, the release noted.
Morton Salt Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mark Roberts said: "We are proud and honored that ISSA attendees selected Morton for this award. The attendees'' vote demonstrates Morton''s commitment to listening to customers and providing them with the solutions and services they need."
Voters were asked to write in their choices based on which company''s staff best met attendees'' needs, answered questions or provided an outstanding interaction when people visited their booths, the release added.
