Maintenance man accused of breaking and entering
MOUNT HOLLY, PA — A maintenance worker for an apartment complex in Moorestown has been accused of breaking into several tenants'' homes and stealing jewelry, according to the Burlington County Times.
Joseph Lesher Jr., 45, made a first appearance in Superior Court on Wednesday before Judge Thomas Kelly, who set his bail at $15,000: He is charged with three counts of burglary and theft, the article noted.
According to Moorestown police, Lesher entered at least three units in Winstead Village Apartments and stole an undisclosed amount of jewelry.
He worked on the maintenance crew for the apartment complex and is believed to have gotten into the units with a master key, the article stated.
