Lunch-and-Learn webinars held for various LEED exams

WASHINGTON — The National Capital Region Chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) has partnered with Facility Engineering Associates P.C. (FEA) to offer a series of Lunch-and-Learn webinars for those pursuing a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Associate or LEED Accredited Professional for Existing Buildings, Operations and Maintenance (LEED-EBOM) designation, according to a press release.

According to the release, the hour-long webinars will be held on Wednesdays at 12 p.m. starting March 3 and will run for nine weeks.

The webinars will be divided into two series: One focusing on the LEED Green Associate exam and LEED basics; and the other geared to the LEED-AP EBOM exam and the LEED rating system, the release stated.

Those interested can register at the Events page of the USGBC Capital Region chapter website; separate registration is required for each series, the release noted.

Continuing Education Unit (CEU) credits are expected to be available for each series, the release added.
