Loaded gun found while cleaning

ATTLEBORO, MA — While cleaning a room in a South Attleboro motel, a maid found a loaded .38-caliber handgun, according to The Sun Chronicle.

The discovery has led to weapons charges against Cheyenne White, 19, and Nathaniel C. Robinson, 37, who had just checked out of the room, the article stated.

According to the article, the pair was arraigned on charges of unlawful possession of ammunition and improper storage of a firearm.

After the maid cleaning the room found the gun under a pillow while changing the linens, the police were called to the scene, the article noted.

White and Robinson were arrested when they returned to the hotel to retrieve the gun, the article added.
