The physical plant manager is responsible for maintaining all residence halls and suites, as well as various other campus buildings including Housing Administration, Northwest Auditorium, University Guest House, Bradley Center, DeNeve Plaza and off campus housing as needed.
The applicant will supervise 19 skilled employees and oversee the work of outside contractors.
The job requires experience coordinating and supervising maintenance staff including delegating responsibility, training and evaluating performance.
LEED Qualified Commissioning Process provider certification is preferred.
