Qualifications for the plant maintenance supervisor position include: 2-4 years'' experience in the engineering field or similar experience; working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access; excellent organizational skills with a high degree of initiative and flexibility; and strong interpersonal, communication, and team building skills.
