International Executive Housekeepers Association (IEHA) is hosting a free webinar on Integrated Cleaning and Measurement (ICM) from 3 to 4:30 p.m. EST on April 15, 2010, according to a
press release.

Rubbermaid Commercial Products, this 90-minute webinar will outline the basic concepts, methods and tools used as part of ICM to improve service quality with regards to health, safety, productivity and cost control, the release stated.
Bill Griffin, president of
Cleaning Consultant Services Inc. will present the webinar and address how to implement entry-level ICM processes in your daily cleaning operations, the release noted.
According to the release, there will be time for a question and answer period near the end of the event.
While the "Integrated Cleaning and Measurement Advanced Quality Assurance Training" webinar is free to IEHA members, there will be a $25 cost for non-members wishing to attend, the release added.
