The answer:
Floor finishes come in a variety of formulations. They vary in solids content and ingredients to meet differing uses in the field. Consequently, there is no answer to the question of which one is "better."
Go to your local JanSan supplier and tell them your requirements. Do you wish to scrub and recoat for maintenance or are you intending to burnish often? Do you have a high-speed buffer or are you using a 175-RPM with spray buffing?
