EPA study: Activeion Pro cleans and sanitizes
May 28, 2009
ROGERS, MN — A U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) certified lab recently confirmed that the Activeion Pro from Activeion Cleaning Solutions LLC provides a clean and sanitary surface through the simple process of wetting the surface to be cleaned with activated water from the device and wiping it dry with a clean cloth, according to a press release.
When used as directed, the Activeion Pro offers greater than a 99.9 percent reduction of Escherichia (E. Coli), staph, methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), listeria and salmonella bacteria, the release stated.
According to the release, the Activeion Pro is the only cleaner without a chemical-related health warning label that transforms tap water into a powerful cleaner.
The activated water returns to its natural tap water state after about 45 seconds, the release noted.
Todd Schaeffer, vice president and general manager of Activeion Cleaning Solutions LLC, said: "These sanitizing test results offer one more compelling reason why the Activeion Pro is truly the safest way to clean. Not only does the Activeion Pro eliminate toxic chemicals from the cleaning process, but when used as directed, it removes harmful bacteria as well. The Activeion Pro delivers a greener cleaning experience for everyone. And the versatility of the product allows the user to replace many of today''s most common daily-use cleaners."
Each year, six out of every 100 cleaning professionals are injured by the chemicals they use and the Activeion Pro frees people from serious health risks stemming from the touching, breathing or accidental splashing of toxic cleaning chemicals, the release added.
