CMI''s Train-the-Trainer course provides all of the tools and skills necessary to develop a successful training and certification program for your organization and offers front-line custodial training and independent third-party certification.

The three-day course includes materials, expert instruction and certification testing that meets the training requirements of ISSA''s Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS).

CMI Master Trainer Marion Ivey will present the course and administer the practice and certification exams.
