PITTSBURGH — Eight
Pittsburgh Public School custodians have been fired for lying about overtime hours,
according to WPXI-TV.
Two of the custodians are from
Taylor-Allderdice High School, three are from Martin Luther King Grammar School and five others are from schools throughout the district, the article noted.
The custodians were under surveillance for nearly two years, eventually being caught leaving early and claiming they worked overtime that wasn''t earned, the article stated.
According to the article, district officials said the custodians have been fired and may also face criminal charges.
