Custodian pleads guilty
BEAUMONT, TX — A custodian with the Nederland Independent School District plead guilty to a third-degree felony, according to the Beaumont Enterprise.
Susan Marie Bourque, a custodian at Langham Elementary, pled guilty to the charge of having a prohibited item at a correctional facility, the article stated.
According to the article, Bourque will be sentenced in September and could face up to 10 years in jail.
Nederland Assistant Superintendent Mike Laird said that Bourque is still currently employed by the district, the article noted.
