CRT CONTINUES TO GROW, ADDS TWO TO STAFF
Shelby, N.C. – Controlled Release Technologies, Inc. (CRT), a leading manufacturer of HVAC maintenance products and chemicals, is pleased to announce the hiring of two staff members, Jonathan Dunagin as Marketing Director and Kristen Burgess as Client Services Representative.
Dunagin is a graduate of both Clemson University and the University of South Carolina, where he received a Masters in Mass Communications. Over the last ten years he has worked in the music and radio industry, serving as the Special Events and Marketing Director for several South Carolina venues. He has worked with thousands of different artists and entertainers, including B.B. King, Loretta Lynn, Air Supply, The Marshall Tucker Band and Seether.
“We were very impressed with Jon’s extensive education and marketing experience,” said Lynn Burkhart, Founder and President of CRT. “He brings with him the motivation and drive to succeed that our company was founded on.”
Burgess is a 2007 graduate of Hope Christian Academy. While attending, she participated in numerous extracurricular activities, including Future Farmers of America and the yearbook staff. She was also voted homecoming queen, head of the cheerleading squad, and captain of the soccer and volleyball teams. Before joining CRT, Burgess worked for several years in retail sales, and as an elementary school reading and math tutor.
“Kristen’s personable demeanor and strong work ethic make her an invaluable addition to the CRT team,” said CRT Executive Director Trish Burkhart.
